Reminder if you are in town:

Nationally known historian, novelist and illustrator Tom Hollyday will visit Mystery Loves Company in Oxford, MD, (410-225-0010) on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 11 AM to 1 PM. He will sign copies of his novel China Jewel, Book Six in his River Sunday Mystery Romance Series about a small Maryland harbor town. For those who stop by, he’ll also give away a free 12” by 18” copy, suitable for framing, of the page of the original John Gilpin clipper brig logbook, showing its departure from Baltimore May 20, 1832 on its first voyage to Canton, China. China Jewel was partly based on the voyages of the John Gilpin which was built in St Michaels, Maryland in 1831. Tom is an Easton native and editor of the Eastern Shore Writers Association promotion blog on local writers. https://easternshorewritersblog.wordpress.com/  Check out his own blog at https://achesapeakewriterblog.wordpress.com/
